Tax Detail reports not displaying all data

The data I just input to various accounts is not being shown in say Tax Detail Report

I couldn't find a "Memorised Transaction List" but under the TOOLS menu there was a Memorised Payees List. Is this the list where I need to delete line items.  Should I delete all items in this list to avoid any further issues.
