Reconciliation Problem

Hi,

I am having a problem Reconciling, my ending balance and cleared balance match, I have a 0 Difference but when I go to reconcile I am getting the below error:- I am using Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2022

"A difference of VT0 (the currency here in our Country) exists between the total of the marked items and the ending balance".

I have contact Reckon staff by phone and was told to do a Re-Build 3 times which has made no difference, have since emailed them twice but not reply to my emails

I f anyone can help me with fixing this problem?
