How can a payroll summary be incorrect?

I have one employee who thinks her 2022/2023 payroll summary is incorrect. It is showing around $10,000 less than what she earned. How do I fix this please?

    Print out the payroll totals report and see how that compares to the payment summary. If it’s the same you can drill down and see the individual amounts to show her. But are you referring to the payment summaries in Reckon? If you have migrated to STP 2 the payment summaries are no longer correct. Has she got the income statement in her MyGov account- that’s the one she uses
