Im trying to install reckon accounts , get as far as the Installation Key Code and its saying incorrect key code . Im entering the numbers inside the packaging in the white rectangle . Is this correct

What “packaging” are you referring to as installation is via a download link ? 🤔

I bought it from office works a while back , got a red card with instructions ( limited ) and a long number inside the sealed bit so Im assuming thats the key ?

Does it say “Installation Key Code” (or “IKC”) ?
