Switching to Reckon Payroll
Hi when i click on the top of the banner to switch to Reckon Payroll this message comes up.
There is an issue with your account!
Accessing a book in Reckon Payroll requires an associated Reckon GovConnect entity. Either the current book does not have an associated Reckon GovConnect entity, or you do not have permission to access it.
Ask your GovConnect entity admin for access.
I am sure these is a GovConnect account connected to the book as have been doing STP via that for quite a while.
Not sure how to fix?

Hi @JieHodge,
Could you please check your book settings in Reckon one and ensure that you have no spaces within your ABN and a branch number has been entered.
Once you have clicked on settings, look under the General title and click on 'Book settings'. Where you will find the fields for ABN/WPN and your Branch number that is used for GovConnect.
