Customised templates

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

I have set up an invoice template in Reckon with our company logo and details, but when another staffer logs into the file and tries to use it, the logo doesn't show. I have confirmed that they are using the correct template. Any suggestions please?

    I would customise the template under the other login and add the logo again

    Thanks Kris, I will get him to do that. I just don't understand why it is happening in one company file but not any of the others.
