Can no longer update shares & currency

Has anyone else lost the update function since Oct 04 2023, even though they have 2 months more of the licence? Can no longer update shares & currency. Have spent over an hour with 2 different people on phone. First told me to uninstall & reinstall software. Done. Still have same issue. Second call gave new installation key, again. Still have same problem. Message says licence expired and need to renew, with only 10 months gone! Am Reckon Advantage member. First agent said I need to change program to Home & Business. Is this correct?

I have the same problem as kjn.
How do I refresh my license?
Reckon Technical support are telling me that Reckon Advantage is being discontinued and I will only have access to an annual license for $190 per annum. No more technical support.
They are offering a refund for the two months, but insisting I pay the $190 to access stock price downloads today - in breach of my current license.
Unbelievable good news - that not only Australian prices will be available but also USA prices coming back?
Rav - is this for real? or another communication mess up?

You just need to ring Reckon and ask them, or else send me your ID and i will do it for you.

I have rung Reckon Technical support [India], and they refuse to action an account refresh.
All they will offer is on payment of the new $190 annual fee, to regain access to stock price updates.
I have now been lucky enough to be transferred from India to Australian Support.
They very quickly and efficiently updated my license.
I have suggested to them that they re-train their staff in India for the protection of their reputation.

Hi Gerry,
Sorry to trouble you again but I have a similar problem. I renewed my membership on the 12th of October well before my old membership expired on the 20th of November. I have updated my license which was successful. On the 21st of November I started receiving a message saying that my online services have expired. I tried contacting the help desk but they couldn't solve the problem.Are you able to help again.
