No Payslip for Employee who 100% Salary Sacrifices to Super

I have a new employee who Salary Sacrifices 100% of her Wages. There is no Payslip in the list to send.

Can someone tell me how to find her Payslip please?

    Check the employee is enabled for emailing forms here:

    I always have it set to Both to allow printing AND emailing 😊

    Have you got her email address entered and Both selected? I have done this plenty of times and the payslip comes up with the rest.
