Any ideas on why this has happened. Everything is now frozen

    I would first blame the internet connection, same thing happened to me with another online program, I had to Alt Ctrl Del and end task and start again

    okay thanks, I did log out and now trying to build a balance sheet - not responding. So I'm going to leave it to do it's thing for now.
