Resetting Personal 2012 licence

Hi I use Quicken Personal 2012 and after a hard drive update I can no longer access the software. It tells me to reset the licence, but I can't access the server it provides in the link. Is it possible to fix/upgrade ? what I have or is it so out of date I can't do anything?
