Leave entitlement-Reckon desk software

Hi. I tried to entered the 0.03847 to the personal leave -Hours accrued per hour paid. However, it showed 0:02:18. I attached the screen shot. Can anyone help me why the Reckon desk software does that?

You have the Time Format set to Minute (instead of Decimal)
Go to your Preferences (under the Edit dropdown menu) to change it ☺️
