When I click on an employee I get 500: Internal Server Error

16 november 2023 - are there other members experiencing the same error message after September's 2023 fix?

    Sorry I flicked through a reply on a different thread before seeing this one.

    Can you let me know if this is occurring when you attempt to select a specific employee or any/all?

    Do you have a case number that you can provide me from your conversations with our technical support team?

    Hi Rav, we have case number 261980, We have notice a deterioration over the past three weeks in trying to access and enter payroll information. We have multiple employees that cannot be accessed and we are unable to create a file for a new employee. Could this be a result from upgrading / transitioning into phase 2?

    We had nil problems until the first week trying to process a pay run after transitioning. There may be a opportunity to review from 26th September 2023.

    Novemebr 28 and still no correspondence remedies or solution & weekly phone calls go nowhere. We are unable to create new employee, current eemployess are being removed from our database and we have 2 months of correcting to do.

    Where do the numerous phone calls get escalated to?

    I am currently looking for an alternative payroll software partner, any suggestions welcome.

    Sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I can see that our support team has escalated your case to our developers to investigate and there is some further work required by them to address the root cause of the issue affecting your employee list.

    I've given the devs a push as well and its been added as a high priority task. Our support team will be in touch with further updates as soon as they're available.
