Very slow deposit window

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

I find the Deposits window to open up the Payments is extremely slow - almost 1 minute between when you save 1 transaction & the next Payments window opens

I change & run the file in single user mode for this purpose however it takes forever what should be a 15 min task is taking almost 45 mins

    For the most part that will be your internet, the same thing happened to me and I thought something was wrong, but 5 minutes later everything was running smoothly. I put it down to an AVG update that was happening while I was working, you can’t always see it but suddenly everything fixes itself

    Hi Kris, this is for a Desktop version (I do a little bookkeeping on the side) and its been causing issues for quite a long time, I was working on the file over the weekend and the frustration level was pretty high so I thought I'd post the question

    I am sorry to hear that you have having performance issue when opening the Payments. If utilizing Single-user mode did not enhance performance, there are several factors worth investigating.
