Quicken Personal 2022 fails to start after upgrading from v 2021. Any idea why?

I have upgraded from Quicken Personal 2021 to QP2022. The launch will not proceed past the initial flag.

    Opened as Admin and was able to enter code and register- seems to be OK. Sorry to have troubled you.
