Can Reckon personal; plus be upgraded

We have reckon personal plus with 20 years of data . The only support is an extremely generous Gerry Winter !

Will Reckon ever provide an upgrade that is supported ?? Reckon still charges us an annual fee !

Sorry Les it ain't going to happen as they are building Reckon One to do what our Personal Plus does now.

I gather the data will be unreadable by Reckon One if we choose to purchase ??

They will convert your data to be a readable but saying that it's a long way down the track so don't go planning for it

I have been wondering about this as well. Gerry, when you say a long way down the track can you give a rough timeframe? E.g sometime in 2024 ? or beyond?

and possibly charge a lot more for the annual license fee!

My main problem is loading - sometimes it takes three or more attempts to log on, keep getting the renew license fee dialog box comment. Would like to see an update to fix this plus the 'print preview' (currently absolutely useless).
