Hello.

Can anyone confirm if this software will be updated?

Annual subscription $240 to $255. Without any updates. Resources have been sent on calling users to renew without and updates.

IE. Spend resources on a call centre to tell users to pay the annual fee, without updating the software.

Can Reckon confirm this is the policy going forward? To just ask for annual fee without updating software?
