Could you please advise how to save a report to Q file, and add the recipient to my file. I need to export the report on a monthly basis. (eg. similar to the super fund report)

Can you clarify what this "Q file" you are referring to is?
If a "Q file" is a specific format, then you would need to transform the report that comes from Reckon Accounts into that format manually.
What report are you generating and wish to save?
The reports that you generate in the Reckon Accounts Hosted application can be saved as CSV (comma-separated text volumes), tab-delimited plain text, or Excel files.
Use the Print or Export buttons.
When raising a question, the more specific the details you provide, the greater the chance that someone reading it may recognise and understand the problem and provide suggestions or solutions.
