How to reset up email tax invoice from Reckon plus 2023 Desktop

May I ask if someone know how to reset up email tax invoice from Reckon directly to the suppliers and customers?
At present, the tax invoice is sent from another email box. I did try to change the email box in the Reckon. However, when i email tax invoice and it showed it was from the previous email box.

Could you give us a bit more info on what you're looking to do? Are you looking to change the email address which replies to your emails sent from Hosted are delivered to? Or something else?
In Reckon Accounts Hosted, emails are sent from Hosted's own email service and as such, the email address that shows they're delivered from is accountshosted@reckon.com
If you have entered an email address in the Company Information window, then any email replies will be delivered to the nominated email address you enter in the Email field.

First, thank you for the response.
When I issue a new tax invoice to customer, I usually email the invoice to the customer directly from the Reckon Plus 2023 Desktop. I have found out the the email was sent to the customer was not from the email box I use. It was sent from my workmate email box. The computer originally belong to my workmate and the workmate set up her email box in the computer. My email box was added later. Hope it is clear enough.

Yes, I did add my email box to the company email box in the reckon. The computer I am using originally belonged to my workmate and the workmate set up her email box in the computer. My email box was added later in the box. Therefore, there are more than one email boxes in the computer. I am not sure why the invoice emailed to the customer was sent from the original email box.

Are you using Reckon Accounts Desktop or Reckon Accounts Hosted?
The title of your post states Reckon Accounts Desktop however this post has been created in the Reckon Accounts Hosted category.

Hi @shi
Check your Windows Settings.
Look in the "Access work or school section to see if that email account for your workmate is present there.
If so, you can disconnect it.

Be honest. Not sure. It is installed on the computer. No need to worry about internet connection. I don't know the difference. It is my sixth month to use the software. I remember it said Reckon plus 2023. I am still learning how to use the software.
