MFA issue - Not receiving code

I am having a problem with my MFA, it is not sending a passcode to the mobile designated.

Can I just confirm that this is for MFA when you're logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted itself OR is it when you're logging into GovConnect to submit your STP submissions?
Have you previously been able to successfully receive MFA or is this your first time in setting it up?
Has the MFA been successfully setup?

I'm trying to lodge an STP and not receiving the MFA code to my mobile. Never had an issue prior.

Yes, on Reckon Gov Connect
Have been using for a long time with no errors

Can I ask which telco provider you're both with?
Do the SMS codes usually come through pretty quickly on other/previous times you login?
Try switching your phone to flight mode for 2 minutes. This will disconnect your phone from the mobile network. After that turn flight mode off and your phone will be forced to poll your network provider and any queues messages should come through. Try logging in again after that and see how you go.

With Telstra - normally received codes straight away.

@Rav I am trying to login to the Portal and the MFA code is not coming through in a SMS for me either.
