Hi everyone

We're currently aware of an issue affecting Reckon Invoice App users from being able to access the app.

Initial reports suggest an error message similar to the above appearing when logging into the Reckon Invoices App.

Our team have a fix that is currently going through testing at the moment and pending the results of that we'll be rolling that out ASAP to remedy this issue.


Creating and sending invoices via your main Reckon One book at https://portal.reckon.com/ is unaffected and can be used for your invoices in the interim while we get this sorted.

    ** UPDATE **

    Hi everyone,

    We've got a new update for the Reckon Invoices App with a fix to this issue currently going through review in each of the app stores. Once this has been approved by both Apple & Google, it will be available for our Reckon Invoice App users to download.

    I'll keep you posted as soon as its available.
