We're currently aware of an issue affecting Reckon Invoice App users from being able to access the app.
Initial reports suggest an error message similar to the above appearing when logging into the Reckon Invoices App.
Our team have a fix that is currently going through testing at the moment and pending the results of that we'll be rolling that out ASAP to remedy this issue.
Creating and sending invoices via your main Reckon One book at https://portal.reckon.com/ is unaffected and can be used for your invoices in the interim while we get this sorted.
