Failed to create pay run
Hi, for some reason my subscription ceased since my last log in so when I logged in today I was prompted to subscribe. I did that today (at the full price of $9.99 per month) but when I tried to create a Pay Run for a past pay period a message popped up “Failed to create pay run. Please try again”
How can I create a pay run for past periods? TIA

Are you on the latest version of the Payroll App? I'd recommend checking if there are any available updates in your app store to download.
Secondly, can you please try login to Reckon Payroll at https://payroll.reckon.com/ and confirm if this issue is occurring there. You are required to use the same login credentials that you use for your Payroll App and if it's working on the browser, I would like you to uninstall your app and re-install again and try again.
