Reckon Accounts Hosted - Scheduled System Upgrade ℹ️
Hi everyone!
Reckon Accounts Hosted Australia and New Zealand will be undergoing a scheduled system upgrade tonight 🙂
What's being upgraded?
Our teams will be updating the Windows server environment for Reckon Accounts Hosted which will primarily involve backend server upgrades for better performance and security. We'll also be upgrading the internal web browser within Reckon Accounts Hosted. Check out the full details and inclusions of the system upgrade here 👇
When is the upgrade happening?
As part of this there will be a short period of system downtime listed below -
🇦🇺 Saturday 16 March 12:00AM to 2:00AM (AEDT)
🇳🇿 Saturday 16 March 2:00AM to 4:00AM (NZDT)
This downtime period will affect both Australian and New Zealand Reckon Accounts Hosted users.
You will be unable to login or access your data files during the above time period and we recommend that you log out of Accounts Hosted prior to the upgrade period commencing. Any users logged in at the start of the upgrade session will be logged out automatically.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you all for your patience as we carry out this upgrade.

Hi everyone,
Just a quick heads up. We're rolling back the system upgrade that was carried out last night for Reckon Accounts Hosted.
There is currently a short outage period for Reckon Accounts Hosted which will last approximately 30 minutes.
Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. Regular access to Hosted services will resume shortly.
The system upgrade will be rescheduled to a later date and we'll have more info on when this will occur soon.

Just a heads up, the Reckon Accounts Hosted system upgrade outlined above has been rescheduled and the new date/times are listed in the announcement above.
Our teams will be carrying out the required work for this upgrade late night tonight and will continue to monitor the service throughout the course of the weekend.
