How do I get in?

I  cannot log in as the system upgrade box obscures the login details in Reckon Hosted

    Hi @ASP

    The notification should only appear in the corner and is also dismissible, see example below -


    Can you please hard refresh your browser by hitting Ctrl and F5 and see if that helps?

    If its still persisting, can you please post a screenshot of the login screen (https://hosted.reckon.com/) just so we can get an idea of what's happening.

    I Have the same issue.

    Try this. Release the full screen tab beside the X top right. Resize the window by dragging the bottom of the Reckon window upwards until the Login button is visible.

    Click the login button. Hopefully someone will fix the problem soonest.

    Have opened Reckon on two computers and neither will delete the message.

    Hi @SUZYCUE

    Is there any chance you're able to take a screenshot of what's appearing on-screen and post it here for me?

    Also, which browser are you using currently? Does the same thing occur if you attempt to access Hosted on a different browser?

    The upgrade is smack bang over the login button. And it cannot be closed. Have tried on Google Chrome and MS Edge. Both have the same issue. Only work around is to resize the window until the login button is visible.

    Once you can login all is OK and the upgrade window goes away

    Thanks for that @SUZYCUE, quite interesting that its appearing there.

    I can't seem to replicate but let me speak with our Hosted team about this.


    If you attempt to dismiss the message by clicking the X button in the corner of the message itself is it not disappearing?

    All seems fine now. Yes clicking the X on the pop up didn't close it.

    All good now.
