Additional ABA file

Hi, just a question about ABA files please. We recently created an additional Sales General bank account (using Reckon 2023 Accounts Premier desktop) which has a different APCA number to the existing one. Can we have two different ABA numbers and how do I set the new one up? I assume when paying from each bank account that you can change the ABA setting to reflect the bank account it belongs to? Appreciate your advice.

Yes, add the correct APCA number in the Online Banking tab of the new Sales General Bank Account. When you generate ABA files, it uses the specific details of the bank account you're paying from 😊
