Reckon personal accounts launcher is not responding.

Google chrome will not launch if tried at the same time.

i have been using Reckon personal plus for 20 years. After installing Microsoft Edge Reckon will not open. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Reckon but did not help.

i think it may be a Google or Windows problem but i cannot find anyone to help.

In particular, ensure that your file name is less than 8 characters in length.
