Help Setting up Reckon Web Connector
I have downloaded the Reckon SDK, tried to set up the Web Connector. I am trying to set up the .qwc file to direct it to my URL landing page, but the connector will not add the connection, or send or receive anything from my URL. It keeps coming up with the following error:
QBWC1048: QuickBooks Web Connector could not verify the web application server certificate.
I have made sure the certificates are up to date on my landing page. And I have inserted <CertURL> into the .qwc file.
Has anybody had experience with setting up the Web Connector and can point us in the right direction?

Can you please confirm what Product and the version of the Product you're using for Reckon Software like Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2023? If you're using RA Desktop 2023, I would like you to uninstall and Re-install the software again and try to integrate the product with Web Connector?
Because I am aware of an issue where user when running a product getting an error for invalid/expired certification. Can you please test that and confirm if re-installation has fixed the issue for you. Feel free to let me know for any concerns/issues. Thank you!

We are running Reckon Accounts Premier Desktop 2023. When you say uninstall and reinstall the software, do you mean the SDK Web Connector or the Reckon Desktop?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled SDK now, it's made no difference.

So I have uninstalled and reinstalled Reckon Desktop and the Web Connector twice. On the second uninstall I did a clean uninstall. Also have installed on another computer. The Web Connector still won't connect and bringing up the same error.

The QB Web Connector is unfortunately not a Reckon product. This product is from Intuit QuickBooks and any changes made to the QB Web Connector app is out of our control.
Can you please follow the steps provided here: Fix common Web Connector errors in QuickBooks Desktop (intuit.com) for the QBWC 1048 error and if the issue persists you might have to reach out to their support team directly from that page.

Maybe go to option of using SDK /API ,this is a solid way getting connected and get data extracted and in real time

Thanks for your advice, that sounds like a great option, and was one of the roads we were starting to go down!
Are you able to give me any pointers, resources as to how best to achieve this?
The SDKTestPlus3 tool definitely works very efficiently, but obviously I need something code in.
I have tried out (and still trying) some of the examples available on the IntuitDevelopers Github Repos for C++ but without success so far!
