Reckon Accounts Hosted - Black Screen

Would someone be able to assist why when using Reckon Accounts Hosted when processing customer invoices, the whole screen goes black, then when I move the mouse around the screen it starts to show parts of the desktop sessions where I was last at. Seems to be best for me to try and click on save on the customer invoice, then forcibly end the session, logout/close company if I can, log right out, then log in again, sometimes picks up what I had open and other times I have to re-open everything, any ideas would be greatly appreciated, Many Thanks

    Hi there Nigel,

Has this only just started occurring for you?

Which browser are you using with Hosted? Just as a test, if you login to Hosted on a different browser does the same thing occur?

Sorry about that Nigel, there was some work happening in the background on the RAH service in the last few minutes (info here)

If you try again in the next couple of minutes it should be back to normal but let me know how you go.

Ok, so another crash has occurred in Google Chrome, this time I have managed to get a screenshot of what happened. So far so good in Microsoft Edge, I guess time will tell

Ok if this is still occurring for you in Chrome then I'd recommend trying out the solution outlined in this help guide 👇

Give that a go when you can and let me know how you get on 🙂
