Trying to get my product loaded on a new computer.. waiting a very long time for anyone to answer th

Hi I have Reckon Home and Business 2013 brought in Jan 2014.

I have the installation code and the pin and my customer ID but I cannot load my product. the only option I'm given is to ring you and I've now been in a queue for almost an hour

Are there any other options??

    Can you please confirm, when you say can't load the product. Does that mean, the product you are trying to install is not listed or you're getting any error?
