How do I pick up my data?

When I try to open the program, it opens but everything is blank as if starting new.

All my data does not comes across with it.

What do I need to do to pick up my data?

    Gerry was of great assistance and was able to go onto my computer remotely find all my data, and then show me how to store correctly so that my problem will not happen again.

    He was a lifesaver in being able to find all my data across many years.
