Glitchy performance

I am finding RAH to be very glitchy this morning. A lot of not responding messages and the wheel of death. Has been happening all morning and is still occuring.

Have you received the blue error message above today? If not, then please give our Hosted technical support team a call so we can have a technician take a look at those other symptoms you're contending with.

no error message, but just lost connection again. It reconnected itself after a while.

When you lost connection, what appeared on-screen?

nothing, it went black, started running the red R for a few seconds, then connected itself.

have lost connection again, there is now a black screen and with this error, same one I was getting yesterday. It is now up to attempt 4, with the red R building

The above sounds like your internet connection is being interrupted which is compromising the connection to Hosted.
Log off your active session from within the Hosted control panel and then logout full (use the Logout option) and close your browser.
Log back in after 2-3 minutes and then access your file as normal.

I have done this several times, the connection rectangle with the red R come up and runs for a few seconds, then it goes to a black screen, with nothing.

it has finally connected.
