â RESOLVED - Reckon Accounts Hosted login issue (28 March)


Hi everyone,
We're currently investigating reports from a small number of Reckon Accounts Hosted users experiencing difficulties logging in this morning.
Initial reports suggest after logging in the screen is getting stuck on a grey screen for an extended period of time before remaining on the Hosted 2023 splash screen pictured above.
This is not affecting all RAH users and our team is currently investigating.
If you encounter this our initial recommendation is to logoff the session from your Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel and then logout entirely (Settings âĄī¸ Logout) then try again after 2-3 minutes.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this causing at the moment and further updates to follow.
