Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2022 - Stability Issues

Gents,

I'm recently having a lot of stability with the Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2022 platform with functions not performing as they should, program crashes, slow performance and constant unstoppable refreshing of the display when changing from one account to another within the program.

There are also Script errors in the Reckon support section of the Help tab which can't be closed.

The only way to then close the program is to use Ctrl + Alt + Delete and end the task. Not an ideal way to close a running program

I also note there was no 2023 upgrade, or it wasn't available when I renewed in November 2023.

Could you please advise if there is a program update for 2023 or if there is one planned in the near future.

And how I resolve this issue.
