Can't get into my file using Opera browser

I can get into my Reckon but when I try to launch accounts 23 r1 in my OPERA BROWSER it won't open but I can open it in my Microsoft Edge. Why is this happening now, I could still get in this way 2 days ago.

    What is happening specifically when you select the launch option when using the Opera browser? Is there an error message appearing or something else occurring on-screen?

    Prior to launching, do you have any active sessions in your Hosted control panel?

    Have you tried clearing the cache & cookies in Opera and then trying again? Does the same behaviour occur

    It is trying to connect but it has the R in the middle of the screen with the flashing logo. I've tried rebooting several times.
