Slow processing

Hi

I have noticed this for a while now, when there are a lot of transactions to allocate say 3 pages which is what I have today the time between me clicking the accept button and the transaction is around 27 seconds it is so long that I have a notification asking me if I want to wait or exit the page. I have also noticed that when you don't have many transactions it is a lot faster, I know you are probably thinking its the internet connection but this does not happen on any other software we use. Working this out I can allocate roughly 10 transactions per 5 minutes and these are transactions where I have a rule in place, I feel it is a software issue and I am wondering if it's something you are looking into at the moment.

    I have been experiencing the same thing and my rules are only working sometimes, it is really frustrating.

    I'm actually getting sick of it

    @TonySmith Hi Johanna

    How long would you say this has been occurring for? Is it only impacting the allocation of payments to transactions or across Reckon One in general?

    Which browser are you using? As a test, if you try on a different browser do you notice the same behaviour? Also, try clearing the browser cache & cookies to see if that helps at all.

    Do we have a case in with our technical support team in relation to this at the moment? If so, can I grab the case number.

    Are you also experiencing slowness when performing the same steps that Johanna has outlined above or is it somewhere else?

    Hi Rav,

    I have sorted the slowness out it is when you are showing lots of transactions on the page mine seems to want to default to showing 100 transactions at a time when I reduced that to 10 it was a lot quicker. I have also noticed the same problem with rules as Melg73 and I have tried to edit the rule a few times and it just doesn't recognise it any tips there would be good I know rules are case sensitive including spaces and I always choose any condition so not sure why it's not picking it up.
