How to correct employee incorrect figures to ATO
We have processed 3weeks wages and lodged STP for an employee who didn't work or get paid. Need to rectify so employee YTD figures are accurate and ATO have accurate figures. This employee in not returning in the near future. How can I fix this?

@lewisandmcconnell As per my advice above, delete the incorrect pays that didn't actually occur & - depending on the timeframe since & whether any other employees were also paid at that time - either submit an STP Full File Replacement or an Update Event

Were any other employees paid at the same time ? If the pays for this particular employee didn't actually happen, delete those ones from your Reckon Accounts program & lodge a Full File Replacement STP file for the most recent submission (that he was originally included in) 😊

Could you please further expand on why the employee did not work or get paid? You would need to rectify the wages from pay-runs that they were paid in and ensure those figures are correct to make the YTD figures accurate.

Hi Lucas,
Employee did not work as ill health and not returning in near future. Previously paid and entered as sick leave. Sick payments were ceased but was still entered as being paid and included in STP lodgements. If I delete her wages how do I then update her correct YTD figures to ATO?
