I do not want the Memo details from customer invoices showing up on their statements, how can I remove this. We use the Memo for internal purposes. We do not want the customers seeing the details.

    Dear @AlieskeMcLellan ,

The Memo field should not appear on any form - it usually is internal use only.

Whereabouts are you seeing it on your Statement?

What box are you filling in for Customers for this Memo text?

    Kind regards,

@Alexander McKeown It appears in the DESCRIPTION column along with the invoice number, due date and amount. Which I probably only want the due date in a column, but I can't seem to work that one out either as it doesn't give you that in the Customise section.

I go via Customers, Create Statements. I have All open transactions as of Statement Date selected, along with One Customer as I want to email them individually from Outlook.

@AlieskeMcLellan Currently, the Memo displays on Statements by default & can't be removed … HOWEVER the ability to include or exclude this on Statements is actually a new feature being introduced in the 2024 release, which will be available in June !😊

    Dear @AlieskeMcLellan ,

As @Acctd4 has stated, this is currently a known issue to be corrected as of the next release of Reckon Accounts.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause when processing your Statements.

    Kind regards,
