    Hi Rav

I have another issue - the emails attached to each of the Usernames are going to their old email addresses that were sent years ago and not to the new email addresses. How do I fix this? So on the authenticator, each are going to my old email address not new one? How do I fix this?

    Cheers

    Mary

    Hi @MaryK_7036500

This is a very timely post, I'm actually in the middle of writing up an article on this topic which will hopefully add some context around this.

In short though, the easiest recommendation I can suggest is to press and hold the MFA entry in your authenticator app which will then allow you to edit/rename that entry. For example you can rename it to 'Mary's RAH MFA' so its easier to identify in your app. This is particularly handy if you've got multiple MFA entries within your app.

Just to add a point of clarification - your MFA codes are not being delivered to any email addresses. They are generated and appear in the app only.
