Hoping someone can help. I decided to be organised and turn on MFA this morning. I followed instructions and it said MFA enabled. Didnt give me an option to choose mobile or app. It didn't log me out either. I was able to continue using Reckon and then about 20 min later it said I'd been logged out. The prompt for entering the 6 digit code came up. I opened my authenticator app that I use for another product and I tried pushing the + button. It asks for set up key or scan qr code. Where is the qr code to scan.
I now cant access Reckon and need to get into it urgently. I tried entering the recovery pin and that comes up with API error. I now only have two attempts left to enter mfa and I am getting rather concerned. Any help would be great please.
