The attempt to login with user name failed. This user is already logged into the company file
This message can appear if your previous login session was not disconnected properly. For example, if you close the browser or tab without first logging off or if you've left your session inactive for over 2 hours and then attempt to reconnect.
To avoid this occurring, when you've finished working in your company file, please ensure you close the session using File ➡️ Exit
It can also appear if another user on a different PC has logged onto this file ie. if you've shared your Reckon Accounts Hosted login with someone else and they are accessing the file at the same time.

message please follow steps below.
1️⃣ Select the Control Panel from the Reckon Accounts Hosted dashboard screen
2️⃣ Select Logoff Remote Sessions under the System Maintenance section
3️⃣ Select the Logoff Session option on the specific user session you wish to end. Once complete, you will see a 'The session has been logged off Reckon Accounts Hosted' message indicating the session has been successfully ended.
4️⃣ You can then relaunch Reckon Accounts Hosted and open your company file.
