MFA Enabling

I have tried to update to MFA, which is no problem. The problem is that I wish to add on my Administrator, in doing this I get a page which advised that I have to pay for an extra subscription for the Administrator to access the program. Could you advise how to get around this
Thanks
Teresa

No way around this unfortunately other than getting the code from you or buy another license

Thanks for that.. Reckon needs to reassess this, as Admin should be able to access the files whenever they need to.

it’s not so much the user it’s the license. Doesn’t matter who is logging in, they will only allow one login per license. You could change the phone number the code goes to to the Admin user

@Kris_Williams Correct
The OP misunderstands how it works.
@agofarm Id consider using a Accredited Partner for. Its what we do

Hi @agofarm
Do you have your own login to the Reckon Accounts Hosted service? ie. Separate to that of your administrator or are you sharing a single login?
Note: I'm referring to the login to the service itself, not the company file.

We are sharing the same login

@agofarm Turns out that isnt possible with Reckon. I literally just now had a client ring me he is in the office and his wife is at home. The 2FA is attached to her phone and he needs to ring her every time he logs in. He is very frustrated. There's two levels of security with Reckon the same as there is with Xero and Intuit and Myob. The other sme software seems to have this sorted.
