Looking to go to the cloud with Reckon Accounts & desktop POS

I have had a quick look but could not find if someone else has asked this question - Sorry if there is one..
I am using desktop Reckon Accounts Enterprise: Retail Edition 2023 with Desktop POS on the the front till.
I am looking to go into the cloud with the accounts and want to know if the Desktop POS can settle at the end of the day and get transferred in accounts?

I'd recommend first having a chat with our customer service team on 1800 732 566 to have a chat about some options and yes we certainly have support available via phone or right here on the Community as well.
Please note: There are some differences in how Reckon Accounts Hosted works in comparison to the desktop versions so after having a chat with the customer service team I'd recommend making full use of the 30 day trial period so you can get accustomed to it and understand if its the right fit for your requirements.

Thanks for your reply. How do I go about changing from desktop accounts and desktop POS to Cloud?
Do you have initial phone support so I can ask questions to determine if this is right for our business now as I have already done this before and it didn't work out.

I have been in touch with BetterHQ service but they don't offer what we have with desktop POS.
I have been reading on here there has been people asking the same question that I have and I can't seam to find the answers. we just need the desktop POS to work in the clouds and talk to Hosted ……
OR
Has/can Reckon make a link or a portal that the desktop POS can post to for Hosted to upload from ? Once Hosted has uploaded the end of day sales etc then Hosted can upload back to the link/portal for desktop POS to download in just the same was as it does in the Desktop version of both, that I have now.
It doesn't have to be a complete new POS just a link/portal.
In reality the POS does not need to be cloud based, as its only a till that gets reconciled at the end of the day.
