English Speaking Technical Support
Can anybody please please help me out with a number to call to actually talk to someone who I can understand and in turn they can understand me. I'm really at my wits end, I've wasted hours upon hours and feel like throwing rocks through my Reckon screen. Thanks

I have 2 problems, and tried getting an answer on the first one through KB and couldn't get it fixed, now the 2nd problem is:_ I am trying to add a new staff member to the customer portal. When I enter the username and the role (user) and click next, it does nothing.

I tried multiple times, (then gave up on that user and added another one - and it entered fine). Gone back to this staff member and can't enter.

Rav, I didn't get a case number. This morning's call was to support and spoke to Uddesh and straight away he wanted to take control of my PC before even wanting to know my problem. I said no, that I have a simple question. It took over 30 minutes to explain what my problem was, he kept trying to talk about hosted, by I was explaining it was the customer portal I needed help with. I was rather suspect, as to the questions he was asking, and also the fact he wasn't talking to me, and answering my questions.
I ended up accepted that he could take control of my screen, and after more than 5 minutes more, he hadn't even responded with an email as he said he would, and wouldn't talk to me.
