Can I stop the cursor moving ahead when I Alt Tab?

This is something that has always occurred and it's very annoying, but I cannot figure out how to prevent it happening. One such scenario is when entering a bill. I have the enter bill screen open in Reckon and the bill open in Adobe. I use Alt Tab to swap between each screen to collect the information needed to enter the bill. I need the invoice number from the bill, so I Alt Tab to find it, and when I Alt Tab back the cursor has moved to the Amount Due line. It happens all the time and I have to reposition the cursor to the correct spot to enter the data. I often end up entering information in the wrong spot and have to fix it up. It makes the whole process longer and prone to errors.
I'm hoping it's just a setting somewhere in Preferences. Does anyone know if this can be changed?

There is a setting for Tab v Enter behaviour - Not sure if that will help but you'll find that one here:
Do you have multiple monitor screens or just multiple browser tabs open ? Alternatively, it may be a computer setting ?

Hi @JudyA
Out of curiousity, which browser are you using when you notice this occurring? Does the same thing occur if you test on a different browser?
Have you noticed this occurring in other areas within Hosted as well?
I just tried out a test in Chrome to see if I could replicate but the cursor stayed put in the same field (see example below).

Thanks Shaz for your reply. I don't have that setting ticked in my preferences.
@Rav Thanks Rav. I use Brave browser, but I just logged onto Edge and it did exactly the same thing. It's only in Reckon that this occurs, so I'm pretty sure it's not a browser setting. For instance, if I Alt Tab with an excel file and a PDF document the cursor does not move in the excel file. But if I Alt Tab with Hosted and excel, the tab will move in Hosted.
I'm not sure how to take a video like you have above to show you what is happening.
It happens in all areas of Hosted, i.e. when I'm entering payroll item quantities, it will tab through to the next item. I'm used to it doing it, so I'm on the lookout, but it does slow down the whole process of data entry.

I have this happen with certain clients and I have put it down to clients with touch screens. Is yours a touch screen by any chance? I have tried to disable the touch screen in computer settings before but that hasn't helped.

Thanks @Robyn Kelly (Partner) for the suggestion. No, it's not a touch screen, and just one screen linked to the PC, not multiple.
