after our Reckon Consultant deleted the unnecessary files in hosted I check it up and it still show up in our live file.
How can we delete this duplicated files.

I'll just reiterate the opening note in the article linked above, once a file is deleted from your Q or B drive in Hosted it cannot be recovered for any reason so please ensure you have a backup of your live file and preferably saved in a different location just as a precaution prior to deleting files/folders etc.
