When emailing ALL customers, why does it include customers with zero balances even though I have ticked ' do not send statements with zero balances'?

It seems to be working on my end.
Are you verifying your file regularly?
Run the Verify Data & then Rebuild Data and check if that fixes the issue.
It's located under File dropdown menu > Utilities

The feature Do does not create statement with zero balances exclude all statement with zero balances for me.
Can you preview a statement with both with zero balances and with balance less than 0.00 ticked?
See if it makes a difference.
