    Hello

I am a Accountant working for a client (who travels a lot) to do the qrtly bookeeping and BAS work initally on site and then remotely. How do we set up the system for me to log in with my profile and the MFA access code to come back my mobile?

Before this I had access to the user name and password to be able to log in

    Hi @ace

MFA is applied on the account login and the codes are delivered to one source ie. one app or phone number.

Generally, an accountant has their own Hosted account/licence (separate from any client accounts), which the client then shares their files to your account allowing you to open and work on it.

Is there any particular reason why you don't have your own Reckon Accounts Hosted licence which your clients then share their file(s) to for you to review/work on as required?

You can’t ’set up the system', only choice is to buy your own license and then have the client share the file, otherwise you use the client's details and ring them for the code when it goes to their phone
