Additional license for a UK user

Would you please tell me how we can buy a second license for our Reckon Accouting system and how I set up the 2 step verification and an authenticator. I'm based in the UK, so your help line numbers can't be called. We have already have a single license for the business in Australia, but our bookkeeper tells me that he can't find a way to set me up with a new, second license. Step by step instructions would be gratefully appreciated. Regards, Paul

    To clarify, Reckon Accounts Hosted can be accessed from anywhere in the world, including the UK.

    Now that mandatory MFA has been enabled on Hosted, each login has its own individual MFA and I'm guessing your bookkeeper is using the existing login you have and has setup MFA on it to be able to login.

    If you, yourself, have your own licence/login then yes you will be able to access Hosted from the UK and any existing files after they've been shared with your new login.

    Do you have a phone number that can dialled from overseas - the UK? 1800 numbers can't be dialed outsdie of Australia.

    I'm the director of Cabalindo Pty Limited that operates in NSW - we already have one license with you (many years) and I want another for me to access Reckon directly from the UK. Don't want to spend the extra $900 until I know that I'll be able to use it. I'll find out our customer ID number and get back to you soon.

    I thought that logging in on any browser anywhere in the would get you in.
