Sending Multiple Invoices

I have 60 separate Invoices to send to just 1 customer. If I tick the email box it still doesnt eliminate hitting the send button 60 times.

How can I send them as 1 batch?

    Dear @Lyn_10072495 ,

    You should be able to bulk-send forms through the Send Forms menu.

    To access this, you'll need to do the following:

    1. Go to the File menu.
    2. Select Send Forms.
    3. In the Select forms to send window, click Select all, or individually tick which forms you would like to send.
    4. Click Send now to send these forms out.

    Hi Alexander

    Thanks for your response.

    Your instructions all work fine until it comes to the send now instructions. It still sends each invoice individually eg 1 email with 1 Invoice attached only, meaning I have to go through this process 60 times.

    I just want 1 (or maybe a couple ) emails with say 10 or so Invoices attached to it.

    To fix this, you can toggle the email preview preference:

    1. Go to Edit.
    2. Select Preferences.
    3. Go to the Online tab.
    4. Select Company Preferences.
    5. Toggle Display each email before sending off (leave the box unticked).
    6. Press OK.

    If you do this, the next time you attempt to send, it should send all emails you have marked in the Send Forms screen without displaying each one.

    Please note: if there is any error with sending emails, it will stop all currently-sending emails. Keep an eye on the progress of your emails. If you find that you get "stuck" (unable to click on anything/open any menus), simply press and hold the Alt key and press the Page Up key to check for any windows stuck behind Hosted.

    Fantastic! Thank you for your patience and assistance.

    Just one question, even with the above change made, will this send as 1 email or 60 separate emails? I dont think my customer will be very happy if 60 separate emails bombard him this afternoon!

    I'm glad I can be of assistance. 🙂

    Due to how Reckon Accounts processes invoices, this will unfortunately send 60 individual emails - mostly as each invoice is treated as a unique instance of that invoice internally.

    As such, when it is emailed, it does not "flat-pack" the invoices into one email, as Reckon Accounts first checks the invoice, then if the invoice is marked "to be emailed", then sends that invoice, then unchecks that option.

    You may wish to contact your customer before you send these invoices.
