Reckon One - cannot run Transaction Line Item Report
Migrated from Accounts Hosted to Reckon One 3 weeks ago. Transaction Line Item Report will not generate - gives error "An error occurred while processing your request". Other reports we have tried generate correctly.

I have tried it myself on my test file and looks to be working fins without any issues. There is a possibility that it could be specific to book. If you can please share some details for us to investigate for you.

Are you running a wide spanning date range for this report?
Just as a test, if you try generating the report with a shorter date range does it appear correctly for you?

Have tried for one day only and with not all columns.

Are you trying to generate the report in Cash or Accrual basis? Have you tried both?

Thank you for providing the details.
I have checked your book and found that the error was because of the Orientation as Portrait (which could be because of not able to bring all the information in that view).
Once changed Orientation to Landscape, it looks working. Here's the screenshot for your reference -

Thank you Tanvi. I was certain I had landscape set previously. Just tried again and it does work using Accrual basis but not using Cash basis??
