Reactivation

I have a 2022 version of Reckon Accounts, when I open it I am informed that it is no longer able to reactivated. My 12 monthly subscription was renewed in December 2023. How can I overcome this issue please.

    Yes, 2022 is no longer be activated. With your renewed subscription, you can install the latest version and upgrade the company file to the latest.

    To have the software installed, you can find the link to download and the Installation Key Code at Reckon Members Portal at https://members.reckon.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f . I hope this helps.

    2024 version is downloaded & install key used. Unable to open old version with all my data. Help please

    Hi @miwisi

    As mentioned, Reckon Accounts 2022 will no longer be activated, and You will be able to open the old files in the new/latest software.

    Now, Open Reckon Accounts 2024 and open the old files (using Open Existing Company Files). Once you open the files from old software, it will ask you to upgrade the files to the newer version. Once upgraded, you will be able to use the same files in 2024.

    Thankyou for your help Tanvi & offer of help Gerhard. I had saved my existing files to an external hard drive which wouldn't let me access through the program. Saved to desk top folder and I am now in action again.
